·      Type for the search result can be selected while performing search i.e. Exact Keyword, All of Keyword, Any of Keyword or None.

·      Exact Keyword – This will search the text with the exact keywords in the documents and metadata  provided in search text. This is also default option selected.

·      All of the Keyword – This will search the all the keyword available in documents provided in search text.

·      Any of the keyword – This will search the any keyword available in the document provided in search text.

·      None of the keyword – This will search the documents which are not having the keyword provided in search text.

·      Search can be done using ‘AND’ and ‘OR’ operators, double quotes will be required to enclose the phrase while searching. I.e. “abuse” AND “Possession of stolen”.

·      Operator AND and OR should be in the capital letters in order to differentiate between normal words and classify as operators.

·      By default search will be conducted on the current year. Search can be done with the help of range of the years.

·      Click on “Search” button will navigate to the Search result page. Reset button will reset fields to default value.​

·      Operators "AND" and "OR" is required only while the option "Exact Keyword" is selected. 

·      While using "Exact Keyword" surround the keywords with "" and separate with Operators "AND" and "OR". i.e., "abuse" AND "Possession" 

·      While using "Any of the keyword", "All of the Keyword" or "None of the keyword", surround the keywords with "" and separate with a coma ",". i.e., “abuse” , "Possession of stolen”.

·      "Any of the keyword" will perform an OR operation. This will return the documents having ANY of the words entered in the search box. i.e., documents having either "abuse" or "Possession of stolen" will be returned in this scenario.

·      "All of the Keyword" will perform an AND operation. This will return only those documents which are having all of the words entered in the search box. i.e., documents having "abuse" and "Possession of stolen" will be retuned in this scenario. If either of the keyword is missing then the document won't return.

·      "None of the keyword" will perform a negative AND operation. i.e., documents having neither "abuse" nor "Possession of stolen" will be returned in the search results. If a document is having either "abuse" or "Possession of stolen" it will not return in the search results
